Ethan Perreiah has called Spokane home for 25 years — long enough to have watched the city grow and change into what it is today, and to know its neighborhoods the way only a local can. He became a licensed REALTOR® in October 2021 with Keller Williams Spokane, and built his practice around the moves that carry the most weight.

Estate and probate sales, divorce transitions, and tightly-timed sell-one-buy-one moves have a common thread: they arrive wrapped in real emotion, legal timelines, and decisions that can’t be undone. Ethan’s job is to make them feel informed, clear, and in your control — one calm step at a time.

“Buying or selling a home is a significant decision, and it can come with a range of emotions. My mission is to simplify the process for you, so you feel confident and in control every step of the way.”

When he’s not helping clients, Ethan is out enjoying the same Spokane he sells — the trails, the river, and the seasons that make the Inland Northwest home.

Working with Ethan

  • How long have you been a REALTOR®?
    I became a licensed REALTOR® on October 22, 2021.
  • What did you do before real estate?
I attended Eastern Washington University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Philosophy. While in college, I worked in the insurance industry for about three and a half years.
  • Why did you become a REALTOR®?
I originally planned to go into pharmaceutical sales, but with encouragement from my mentors I started researching real estate. The more I looked into it, the more it fit my life goals and personality — I could build the career in the direction I wanted, rather than inside a strict corporate structure.
  • Who has influenced you most?
Several people have shaped my path, but my closest mentors are Dan Cantillana, owner of Geico Insurance Spokane, and Rick Flann, REALTOR® and owner of Roof Maxx Spokane.
  • What are you passionate about in your business right now?
I live on the north side of Spokane in the Mead/Colbert area and love the mix of suburban and rural life — close to Green Bluff, but a short drive to downtown — so I'm enthusiastic about selling in this part of town. More broadly, I love helping people solve problems and educating homeowners on the true value of their property, so they can make informed decisions about selling, refinancing, or planning for retirement. And I love building lasting relationships — I want clients who stay with me through every life change.
  • What's been the most rewarding part of the business?
People think of real estate as transactional — show some homes, put up a sign, close 30 to 90 days later. But the most rewarding part is essentially living life alongside your clients through the process. You talk with them constantly, share the ups and downs, and often come out the other side with lifelong friends.
  • What's your favorite part of being a REALTOR®?
Real estate is never boring — it's as different as every person and every property. It's incredibly dynamic, and I love constantly learning new things and meeting new people.
  • Tell us about your family.
I'm newly married to my wonderful wife, Stephanie, who is a nurse. I was born in Incheon, South Korea, and adopted at seven months old, and I've always lived on the north side of Spokane. My parents, Stephanie and Christian Perreiah, are both educators, and I have two younger brothers — Silas, who plays football at Eastern Washington University, and Nathan, a recent high school graduate. We're a sports-loving family who gather around good food and good conversation.
  • What are your hobbies outside of real estate?
Spending time with my wife — walks, movies, drives, and the occasional mini-vacation (we just got back from Disneyland). I also enjoy exercising, golfing, and time with friends and family.
  • What do you want to be remembered for?
As someone with strong ethics — a loyal and trustworthy friend.
