West Hills is a far-west Spokane neighborhood spread across the bluffs on the south side of the Spokane River, west of Browne’s Addition and Grandview/Thorpe. It carries a broad housing-stock mix — 1950s through present-day single-family — and is the largest geographic neighborhood in the city by land area, wrapping the western edge of the urban grid. Median sales typically run $400K to $625K, with bluff and view lots trading higher.
