Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Ethan Perreiah ("Ethan Perreiah Real Estate," "we," "our," or "us"), a real-estate team brokered by Keller Williams Spokane, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit perreiah.com and its subdomains (the "Site"). Each Keller Williams Spokane office is independently owned and operated.
2. Information you give us
The only personal information the Site collects is what you choose to submit:
- Contact and lead forms. Name, email address, and your message, along with the page the form was submitted from (so we know what you were reading about). Providing a phone number inside your message is optional and up to you.
- Relocation tools. The Relocation Matcher accepts non-identifying inputs (origin city, budget range, household preferences) to generate a comparison. These inputs are not tied to your identity unless you separately submit a contact form.
We do not collect financial account numbers, government IDs, or health information through the Site, and we ask that you not include such information in form submissions.
3. Information collected automatically
- Hosting and security logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and content-delivery network (Bunny.net) automatically log standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
- Saved listings stay on your device. If you "save" a listing on our search page, that list is stored in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
- No advertising cookies. The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry — form submissions are delivered to the Ethan Perreiah Real Estate team so a team member can reply personally;
- Provide the services you request, such as a showing, a market analysis, or relocation guidance;
- Maintain a record of our communication with you, which may include entering your contact details into the customer-relationship-management (CRM) system our team uses to manage client communication;
- Comply with real-estate record-keeping obligations under Washington law when an inquiry becomes a transaction.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Analytics
If the Site uses a web-analytics service (such as Google Analytics or the cookie-free service Plausible), it is used solely to understand aggregate site usage — which pages are read, in what order, from what general region. Where the analytics provider uses cookies or similar identifiers, that processing is governed by the provider's own privacy policy. We do not combine analytics data with the information you submit through forms.
6. Embedded content from other platforms
Some pages embed content hosted by third-party platforms — YouTube video players, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok posts, and interactive maps. When a page containing an embed loads, your browser connects directly to that platform, which may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy, whether or not you have an account there. The platforms we embed include Google/YouTube, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok. If you prefer not to interact with those platforms, you can decline to play embedded media.
7. MLS listing data
Property listings displayed on the Site come from Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feeds operated by the originating multiple listing services. Listing data describes properties, not Site visitors — browsing listings on the Site does not transmit your personal information to any MLS.
8. How long we keep information
We retain inquiry information as long as needed to respond and maintain our working relationship with you. Records connected to a real-estate transaction are retained as required by Washington brokerage record-keeping rules. You may ask us to delete your inquiry information at any time (see §10).
9. Children
The Site is a general-audience real-estate site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your choices and rights
- Access and deletion. You may request a copy of the information you have submitted to us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to record-keeping obligations that apply to active or completed transactions.
- Email. Any marketing or follow-up email we send includes the ability to opt out; one-to-one correspondence stops on request.
- Do Not Track. The Site does not vary its behavior based on browser "Do Not Track" signals because it does not engage in cross-site tracking in the first place.
To exercise any of these choices, contact us using the information in §12. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor applicable rights regardless of which state you contact us from.
11. Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit collection to what is needed to respond to you — the less we collect, the less there is to protect.
12. Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be directed to Ethan Perreiah Real Estate at (509) 828 - 2783 or through the contact form. Please put "Privacy request" in your message so it is routed promptly.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site's features change — for example, if new tools or analytics are added. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be noted here.
